Terms of Service

By accessing or using Basecamp (“the Service”), operated by Basecamp AI (“we”, “our”, “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Basecamp is a personal AI companion platform. We provide you with a dedicated AI companion that can assist with tasks, answer questions, manage integrations with third-party services, and more.

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You may sign in using Google Sign-In. We only access your basic profile information (name, email, profile picture) for authentication.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Generate, store, or transmit harmful, abusive, or illegal content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data or companions
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Use the Service to spam, harass, or harm others
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
• Resell or redistribute the Service without our written consent

• You retain ownership of all content you provide to the Service.
• We process your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
• Each user's AI companion runs in an isolated, dedicated environment. Your data is never shared with other users.
• You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

• The Service allows you to connect third-party services (Gmail, Notion, Slack, etc.) on demand.
• When you connect a third-party service, you authorize that service directly — we act as a conduit for your requests.
• We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services.

• The Service uses AI models to generate responses. AI-generated content may not always be accurate, complete, or appropriate.
• You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated content before relying on it.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated responses.

• We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
• We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability.
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service with reasonable notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Early Access. During the early access period, the Service is provided for evaluation purposes. You acknowledge that the Service may contain bugs, may be unreliable, and may result in data loss. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the early access Service.

• You may stop using the Service at any time.
• We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.
• Upon termination, you may request your data before or after termination.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tel Aviv, Israel.
